Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 15, 2013, ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing a filing extension for its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended March 31, 2013 and announcing its preliminary unaudited revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2013 and a conference call regarding its financial results for the same period. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
