Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 15, 2013, Bridgeline Digital, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and six months ended March 31, 2013. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
