Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 15, 2013, American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust, Inc. issued a press release discussing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
