Repurchase Program
On May 14, 2013, Heartland Payment Systems, Inc., issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized a New $75 million Share Repurchase Program.
The press release announcing the repurchase program is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
