On May 13, 2013, Regions Financial Corporation (“Regions”) announced that it will purchase approximately $350 million of its issued and outstanding 7.75% Senior Notes due 2014 tendered prior to the early tender date and accepted by Regions in connection with Regions’ tender offer announced on April 25, 2013. A copy of the press release announcing this event is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
