Item 8.01: other Events.


Olie, Inc. OTCQB symbol “OLIE” (the “Company” or “OLIE”), is announcing that the Company and EnCanSol Capital Corporation (“EnCanSol”) have mutually determined not to complete the acquisition transaction referenced in the Form 8-K filed by the Company on April 10, 2013.  The Company and EnCanSol have executed a termination agreement and mutual release between themselves to memorialize the termination of the acquisition transaction.
