On May 10, 2013, Guidewire Software, Inc. (the “Company”) acquired Millbrook, Inc., a provider of data management and business intelligence solutions for Property / Casualty insurers.
On May 13, 2013, the Company issued a press release regarding the acquisition of Millbrook, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
