On May 13, 2013, CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company was assigned an investment grade rating of Baa3 by Moody's Investors Service with a stable outlook. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 8.01.
