Item 8.01 Other Events

On May 10, 2013, the Chase Credit Card Master Trust issued the $750,000,000 Class A Floating Rate Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2013-1 (the “Class A Certificates”), the $61,046,512 Class B Floating Rate Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2013-1 (the “Class B Certificates”), and the $61,046,512 Class C Floating Rate Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2013-1 (the “Class C Certificates” and, collectively with the Class A Certificates and the Class B Certificates, the “Certificates”). The Class A Certificates were sold to asset-backed commercial paper conduits in reliance upon the exemption contained in Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Class B Certificates and Class C Certificates were retained by Chase Bank USA, National Association. Each Class of Certificates has a legal final maturity date of May 15, 2017.
