On May 9, 2013, LifeVantage Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and nine month period ended March 31, 2013. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference.
