On May 7, 2013, Cereplast, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the closing of its corporate office in El Segundo, California and the move to Seymour, Indiana. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
