Item 8.01 Other Events
On May 8, 2013, Broadway Financial Corporation, parent company of Broadway Federal Bank, f.s.b., issued a Press Release announcing the completion of the sale of $8.7 million principal amount of non-performing multi-family and commercial real estate loans, with a net book value of $5.7 million as of March 31, 2013. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
