Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 25, 2013, the Registrant issued the attached news release entitled "Vitran Reports 2013 First Quarter Results" announcing its first quarter 2013 results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by reference.
