(b) On April 23, 2013, Nicholas V. Ferrara, a member of the Board of Directors of Janel World Trade, Ltd. since 2010, resigned from the Board to focus his full attention on his operational responsibilities for the Registrant. Mr. Ferrara continues to be employed by the Registrant and manage the Registrant’s New Jersey office.
