Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 25, 2013, First PacTrust Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders was rescheduled to occur at 9:00 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, and will be held at the facilities of RR Donnelly located at 19200 Von Karman, Irvine, California. Shareholders of record as of June 4, 2013 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
