Item 5.02 – Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Upon review of the performance of the Chief Executive Officer, Bradley W. Evans, the Chugach Board of Directors, at a board meeting on April 24, 2013, announced that Mr. Evans will receive a discretionary bonus of $45,000 before taxes.
