Item 8.01. Other Events.
Escrow Break
On April 25, 2013, American Realty Capital Trust V, Inc. (the “Company”), had received and accepted subscriptions in excess of $2.0 million of common stock, broke escrow and issued shares of its common stock to its initial investors. Subscriptions from residents of Pennsylvania will be held in escrow until the Company has received aggregate subscriptions of at least $85.0 million.
