Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 23, 2013, Stillwater Mining Company issued a press release to report on its first quarter 2013 production results and Montana expansion products. Pursuant to Regulation FD, a copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
