Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that Marita Zuraitis, Executive Vice President of the Company and President, Property and Casualty Companies, will resign effective May 10, 2013. The Company does not plan to fill her position.
A copy of the Company’s press release regarding Ms. Zuraitis’ resignation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
