On April 22, 2013, Frank A. Kissel, Chairman of Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation, (the “Corporation”) announced the appointment of Douglas L. Kennedy, CEO, as President of the Corporation and of Peapack-Gladstone Bank (the “Bank”), the Corporation’s bank subsidiary. Mr. Kennedy will continue in his role as CEO. Additionally, F. Duffield Meyercord was named Lead Director of the Corporation and the Bank. Mr. Meyercord has been a director since 1991.
Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein is the press release of the Corporation dated April 22, 2013 relating to Messrs. Kennedy’s and Meyercord’s appointments.
