Item 5.02. Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arranges of Certain Officers.
On April 19, 2013, the Company announced that its Board of Directors elected Michael Radossich as a Corporate Officer in addition to his recent appointments as the President of Cytec Specialty Chemicals and a member of the Company’s Executive Leadership Team. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1. Frank Aranzana previously held the position of President of Cytec Specialty Chemicals and was a Corporate Officer until the divestiture of the Company’s Coating Resins business, as previously reported.
