On April 19, 2013, Community Bank Shares of Indiana, Inc. issued a press release reporting the acquisition by its bank subsidiary, Your Community Bank, of certain assets and the assumption of certain liabilities of First Federal Bank in Lexington, Kentucky from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this 8-K.
