Item 8.01. Other Events
On April 17, 2013, GeoGlobal Resources (Canada) Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company has not filed with the U.S. and Canadian Regulatory authorities its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012 due to insufficient funding. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
