Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 15, 2013, Ever-Glory International Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and held a conference call regarding the Company’s financial results for its fiscal year ended on December 31, 2012 (“Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
