Departure of Director
On April 17, 2013, Dr. Barry Karlin resigned from CRC Health Corporation’s (the “Company”) Board of Directors (the “Board”). Dr. Karlin’s resignation was for personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the Company or its management relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Karlin for serving as a director.
