Resignation of Director

Effective as of April 12, 2013, Craig Ellins resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of GrowLife, Inc. Mr. Ellins has been a member of the GrowLife, Inc. Board of Directors since March 9, 2011. The Company appreciates Mr. Ellins years of service. Mr. Ellins is stepping down and being replaced by Eric Shevins as previously reported.
