On April 15, 2013, Allen J. Anderson notified the Company of his decision not to stand for reelection to the Board of Directors at the next Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of the Company. Mr. Anderson will continue to serve as a director until the Company’s next Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
