Item 8.01. Other Events.
Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on April 12, 2013 announcing that it will be releasing its first quarter 2013 financial results on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, after the close of the market. The Company also announced that it will host a conference call on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time, to review the Company’s first quarter financial results. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at www.terex.com.
