Item 8.01. Other Events.
On April 14, 2013, Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. announced its acquisition of the Asian Food Channel. The Asian Food Channel, which is based in Singapore, broadcasts 24 hours a day and reaches about 8 million subscribers in 11 markets.
A copy of the press release announcing the transaction is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
