Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 15, 2013, Magellan Petroleum Corporation (the "Company"), announced that Tom Wilson, President and CEO of the Company, will be participating in the IPAA's OGIS New York on April 16, 2013. Mr. Wilson will present at 10:55 AM Eastern Time.
