On April 9, 2013, Richard Sherman informed DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will not stand for re-election as a director of the Company at the end of his current term. Mr. Sherman will remain a director until the Company's 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is currently scheduled to be held on May 29, 2013.
