On April 12, 2013, an Advance Notice of Meeting was filed on SEDAR in Canada, announcing that International Tower Hill Mines LTD.’s 2013 annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on June 6, 2013. The record date for the 2013 annual general meeting will be April 22, 2013. A copy of the Advance Notice of Meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
