Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 8, 2013, Ferro Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") in which, among other things, it increased its adjusted earnings per share guidance for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 2.02 by reference.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
In addition to the information discussed in Item 2.02, the Press Release also announced that the Company’s had increased its projected adjusted earnings per share guidance for 2013 and 2015 and estimated cost savings from the Company’s cost-saving initiatives. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
