Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
CONSOL Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on April 12, 2013 announcing an operations update for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
