Citizens & Northern Corporation announced unaudited, consolidated financial results for the three-month period ended March 31, 2013. On April 12, 2013, Citizens & Northern Corporation issued a press release titled “C&N Announces First Quarter 2013 Unaudited Financial Results,” a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. Citizens & Northern Corporation’s “Quarterly Report,” a report that includes unaudited financial information, will be mailed to shareholders on or about April 19, 2013.
