Visant Corporation (“Visant”) filed a post-effective amendment to registration statement on April 11, 2013 with respect to a prospectus to be used in market-making transactions by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC (“Credit Suisse”) for Visant’s existing 10.00% Senior Notes due 2017. These notes are existing registered securities of Visant issued in September 2010 and are not new issuances of debt securities. Credit Suisse will use the prospectus in connection with offers and sales of the registered securities in market-making transactions effected from time to time. Credit Suisse is an affilate of one of Visant’s sponsors.
