On April 10, 2013, Ascena Retail Group, Inc. (the “Company”) participated in the Telsey Advisory Group’s 5th Annual Spring Consumer Conference. A transcript of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the slide presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 which are incorporated by reference herein.
