On April 11,2013, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had closed on a new, amended and restated bank credit facility comprised of $200 million revolving credit line.  A copy of the press release and the credit agreement are included as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
