AllianceBernstein Announces March 31, 2013 Assets Under Management
 
New York, NY, April 9, 2013 – AllianceBernstein L.P. and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (NYSE: AB) today announced that preliminary assets under management increased to $443 billion from $437 billion during March 2013. The 1.4% increase was driven by positive investment returns and total net inflows, with net inflows to Institutions and Retail partially offset by Private Client net outflows.
