Effective April 1, 2013, Stein Mart, Inc. (the “Company”), renewed its law firm engagement agreement with Kirschner & Legler, P.A. The agreement is for a two year period ending on March 31, 2015 and increases the annual fee paid to $200,000 per year. Mitchell W. Legler who is the majority shareholder of Kirschner & Legler, P.A. is also the Company’s general counsel and a member of our board of directors.
