IAG Engages KPMG for Tax Advisory & Services
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 10, 2012) - InterAmerican Gaming Inc. (OTCBB:IAGM) ("IAG" or "the Company"), a company developing "SoFit" - a new social gaming platform that empowers individuals to improve their health and fitness, is pleased to announce it has engaged KPMG LLP to provide tax compliance and advisory services. KPMG is a global leader in providing audit, tax, and advisory professional services to both public and private companies.
