This Current Report on Form 8-K/A supplements information included in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Accuride Corporation (the “Company”) on January 29, 2013, regarding the appointment of Robert E. Davis to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).
The Board anticipates that Mr. Davis will be appointed to its Compensation & Human Resources Committee shortly after the Company’s May 28, 2013 annual meeting of stockholders.
