(b) On April 5, 2013, the Company accepted the resignation of Robert Hureau, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hureau's resignation of his officer position will be effective immediately, but the parties are negotiating as to an exact departure date in order to assist with transition.
(c) Also effective immediately, Jeffrey Cote, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and previously the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer.
A press release dated April 8, 2013 announcing Mr. Hureau's resignation and Mr. Cote's appointment is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated herein by reference.
