Information regarding impairment charges to certain of the assets of Harvest Natural Resources, Inc. (“HNR”) is incorporated by reference herein from HNR’s April 4, 2013 press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Such impairment charges will be reflected in HNR’s 2012 financial statements.
