Item 8.01 — Other Events.

On April 3, 2013, LIN TV Corp. issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, LIN Television Corporation, had commenced an offer to exchange all of LIN Television Corporation’s outstanding 63/8% Senior Notes due 2021 issued October 12, 2012 for new 63/8% Senior Notes due 2021 registered under the Securities Act of 1933. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
