Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On April 1, 2013, the Board of Directors of Retrophin, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to change the Company’s fiscal year from a fiscal year ending on the last day in February of each year to a fiscal year ending on December 31 of each year. The change reflecting the transition period will be reported in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2012.
