Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 2, 2013, management of JBI, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call with interested stockholders and other participants to discuss the Company's financial results for the year ended December 31, 2012 and certain operational developments. A copy of the slide presentation used by management on the conference call and a transcript of the conference call are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The slide presentation will also be posted on the investor relations section of the Company’s website at www.plastic2oil.com.
