This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K that Forbes Energy Services Ltd. furnished on April 1, 2013, or the Original 8-K, solely to correct certain clerical errors in the press release and the reconciliation table attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 8-K. A copy of the press release, revised to correct these errors is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
