(b) Resignation of Named Executive Officer
On March 15, 2013, Michael J. Newbury notified Deep Down, Inc. (the “Company”) that he would resign as Vice President of the Company effective March 28, 2013, in order to pursue other opportunities.
On March 28, 2013, the Company accepted the resignation of Michael J. Newbury as Vice President, effective as of such date.
