Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 1, 2013, LookSmart, Ltd. (“LookSmart” or the “Company”) announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2012. A copy of LookSmart’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
